I almost wrote October in the title! So how are you doing this week? Are you feeling refreshed because of that extra hour of sleep. I was actually awake before my alarm went off this morning. Let’s hope I keep up with getting to bed earlier & waking up all ready to go!
Last week’s recipe was for Creamy Cauliflower Soup. It tastes very similar to potato soup! Add some sour cream, bacon, and green onions & you will be pleasantly surprised.
