Keep up the good work! Did you ever get that written on your assignment from a teacher? That’s basically what Day 3 is… “Do what we have already done.” When you are starting out trying to change bad habits it’s good not to get overwhelmed. FlyLady knows that most of us are perfectionists. We don’t do anything unless we can do it right! That’s why she came up with these Baby Steps. Bad habits developed over time & good ones need the chance to grow & develop over time too. So, shine that sink & get dressed to lace up shoes! Don’t make excuses because it’s Saturday. Sleep in if you want, but get up & get dressed to lace up shoes. You’ll love yourself if you do. 😉
Since Day 4 is on a Sunday I’m afraid that I’m going to forget to do it. That’s why I included it together with Day 3. Simply write down your 2 new habits on Post-It notes & stick one above you kitchen sink & one on your bathroom mirror.
A little hard to read, but at least you know it’s up there. Of course I had to use purple. Purple & Flylady go hand in hand. 😉
