Menu Plan Monday – August 27th, 2012

Back to school, back to school. Who’s already back in school? Who’s starting next week? Please, do me a favor and grant yourself a lot of grace… for the next month as everyone gets used to new schedules. Everyone’s going to be tired those first couple of weeks. Plan simple meals, go light on the cleaning (it’ll get cleaned when it needs to), lots & lots of love. Are we clear??? OK, good. 😀 On to the menu…

Breakfasts:
Apple Jacks
Oatmeal (Mom has a new favorite oatmeal! I’m going to see what the kids think of it this week.)
Blueberry-Raspberry Muffins
Mini Apple Pies (Oh yes I did!)
Cereal, Eggs, & fruit

Lunches:
Leftovers
Sandwiches, veggies & fruit
Pretzels & Cheese with cucumbers & fruit

Dinners:
Grilled Marinated Chicken, corn, & broccoli
Stir Fry Pork, brown rice, & salad
Some sort of Turkey Pasta dish with Artichokes & a salad
Some variation of Chicken Soup with bread & veggies
Homemade Hamburger Helper with raw veggies
Sloppy Cornbread with green beans & watermelon
