Menu Plan Monday – September 10th, 2012

We really enjoyed the Grilled Mustard Pork from last week. (Only I didn’t realize there was no pork left in the freezer so we substituted chicken.) 😉



We don’t have school this week so I’m planning on doubling up on some of our breakfast option to put in the freezer.

Breakfasts:
Applejacks
Lemon-Cranberry Muffins (new recipe to try)
Baked French Toast (new recipe to try)
Mini Crustless Breakfast Quiches with Turkey Sausage
Zucchini Muffins
All breakfasts usually served with fruit & eggs (Here’s a neat little idea for eggs.)

Lunches usually include leftovers, sandwiches, veggies, & fruit.

Dinners:
Glazed Chicken & Peaches with corn & broccoli
Spaghetti Squash & Pork Stir Fry with rice & fruit
Tacos & Mexican Ice Cream Sundaes
Baked Fish with rice & sauteed veggies
Broccoli Quiche with salad & fruit
Homemade Tomato Soup with grilled cheese, salad, & pie
