Wow. As I was starting this post I had to go back and retype the heading. I had typed August 2nd. It hasn’t seemed to register in my brain that it’s September!
Well, I hope everyone had a great weekend. I’m ready to dive into our menu plan for the week.
I have some breakfasts I’d like to try along with some lunch ideas too!
First off we tried these yummy apple pie pancakes this week. Did I say yummy? YUMMY!
We’ll be having those again along with Pumpkin Oatmeal, Chocolate Flax Seed Muffins, Oat Berry Breakfast Cake, & Scrambled Eggs with Ham.
For snacks I’d like to try: Recovery Rice Krispies, Trail Mix, Cookie Dough Greek Yogurt, Apple Pie Energy Snacks, & ants on a log along with assorted fruits & veggies.
Lunches & Dinners…
We were out of town Sunday through Tuesday so our menu starts on Wednesday. 🙂
LUNCH – Maid-Rites with Corn, Pineapple & Strawberries, Carrots & Ranch, Mojo Bar
DINNER – One Pot Tomato, Basil, & Chicken Pasta with a salad
LUNCH – Leftovers or Salami & Suzie’s Thin Cakes, Boiled Egg, mixed veggies, Pretzels with dip (Chocolate Greek Yogurt Pudding?)
DINNER – Red beans & rice with veggies
LUNCH – I’m going to see if they’ll like Cauliflower Pizza, Apple, Salad with Ranch, & a Rice Krispie Bar
DINNER – Italian Pasta Salad with GF noodles & Raspberry Fool
LUNCH – I usually try to take a loaf of GF bread out of the freezer & then we forage for lunch
DINNER – Sam’s making GF Spaghetti & MB with Chop Chop Salad
