And there goes another week! Before you know it it’ll be Christmas & then New Year’s!
First off, I found a gluten free banana muffin recipe that my family really enjoyed. I love that they have Greek yogurt for that added protein.
Here’s what I’ve got planned for the week…
BREAKFAST – Another batch of those Banana Muffins for the kids, trying these Strawberry Shortcake Muffins, Pumpkin Oatmeal, GF Toast, & Cereal. (Mom’s options: Whey Protein shake, eggs, Muffin in a mug.)
Sunday – (S cooking) GF Spaghetti & Meatballs Can’t give out the family recipe so there’s a link that I think looks good.) 😉 with GF Apple, Rhubarb & Berry Crisp
Monday – (E Cooking) Sloppy Joe Meat with Corn & salad with Ranch Dressing
Tuesday – Possibly out for C’s birthday
Wednesday – (M cooking) Didn’t get the right ingredients last week, so this week I’m making Hamburger Soup.
Thursday – (C cooking) Stir Fry, Rice & Broccoli
Friday – (C or M cooking) – Possibly something with beans. Suggestions? 🙂
Saturday – (S cooking) – Our favorite French dip, sw. pot. or squash, & green beans.
Sunday – Tacos
