My boys are headed back to school after their 2 week break. It’s going to be a bit more quiet around here… as quiet as it can be with an almost 4 year old boy any way. 🙂
Onto the menu, but first, if you didn’t get to read my blog post on my favorite Muffin in a Mug, check it out. It was my most popular post last week! (I can’t imagine why.) 😉
OK, here we go…
Breakfasts: Pumpkin Oatmeal, Banana Muffins, GF Toast, Scrambled Eggs, & Cereal all accompanied by some sort of fruit.
(THM: I usually start off with either eggs or my Chocolate Reliv Shake… sometimes a Muffin in a Mug.) 😉
Sunday – (M cooks) Tacos
(THM Taco salad)
Monday – (E cooks) Creamy Taco Soup with corn on the side & salad
Tuesday – (M cooks) Broiled marinated chicken, with broccoli & rice
(THM Chicken & broccoli with lots of butter. Greek Yogurt if still hungry.)
Wednesday – (S cooks) – Beef Vegetable soup (recipe to come) with cheese/garlic gf toast
(THM no toast)
Thursday – Out!
Friday – (C cooks) Stir Fry?
Saturday – (S Cooks) Chicken Fried Rice with salad
(THM It’s easy enough to keep some of the chicken separate for me to throw into my salad. I may even cook up some bacon to throw in there.) 😀
