On to the menu plan for the week…
MONDAY – (M cooks) Tacos (THM taco salad)
TUESDAY – (C cooks) Garlic Basil Cod, rice, broccoli & pomegranates (THM no rice)
WEDNESDAY – (M cooks) Sausage, potatoes & green beans (THM sausage, green beans & salad)
THURSDAY – (M cooks) Tuscan Chicken Soup (THM – will skip the bread bowls & cook up some pasta for everyone else to add to their soup)
SUNDAY – (E cooks) Mini Meatloaves, potatoes & salad (THM no potatoes)
