Last week, I planned to make a bunch of freezer meals while all the kids were away to school and other activities. One of my kiddos got sick on the day that I planned to do this, so it got postponed. However, I decided to make just a couple that night while I was making dinner. It didn’t take me any more time to make these 2 meals then it did to make dinner.

I decided to make Sloppy Skillet from a previous workshop. And while working on that I would make 2 portions of the Quick Crockpot Lasagna from the One Stop Crock Simple. Healthy. Workshop.

I'm ready to get down to business.

I preheated my pan and chopped the onions for all 3 meals.

Once the pan was ready, I added some meat and onions to the pan, then divided up the rest of the meat and onions for the Lasagna into quart sized bags.

Got my gallon sized Ziplocs ready for the tomato mixture while the meat was straining.

Added my tomatoes and other ingredients to the pan, then did similar to my Ziplocs.

All that was left was to combine 1 of each mixture into another gallon sized Ziploc while the Sloppy Skillet was still cooking.

Had I been thinking a little further ahead, I probably could have gotten the Macaroni and Beef Casseroles done, too. But hey, I’m happy that I got the chance to make everything else 2 days later. Keep it simple. 😉

Thanks, again, for stopping by. Blessings ❤
